<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stirring an analyte solution capable of uniform reaction and improvement in the reaction efficiency by vigorously moving an analysis target substance by effectively stirring the analyte solution in an analysis of the analyte solution using an analyte chip, and quantitative analysis in a short time, and a method for analyzing an analyte. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An analysis chip to which an analyte solution containing a target substance is applied is set in a reaction device provided with a piezoelectric element as a vibration source.
