<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of dew formation on a blowout port installed for outside air introduction and having a double frame structure including an air cleaning means. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The blowout port 10 arranged on a ceiling 20 of a building for blowing out outside air introduced from an outdoor side to an indoor side includes: a square outer frame body 11 provided in a region facing the indoor side R; an openable/closable square inner frame body 12 fitted along inside of the outer frame body 11; and a filter 16 detachably incorporated into the inner frame body 12 as the air cleaning means. As dew formation preventing means for the outer frame body 11 and the inner frame body 12, heat insulating materials 11c, 12c are attached to opening peripheral edges 11a, 12a of casings 11k, 12k constituting the outer frame body 11 and the inner frame body 12, respectively.
