<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw holder for freely driving in a screw head which is appropriate for oblique screwing while a conventional bit can hold a screw with a magnet to prevent dropping but cannot drive a screw head in freely. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the conventional bit, as a magnet part for catching a screw and cylinder parts 1, 2 for holding it are fixed with a bit shaft, a screw head cannot be driven in freely.
