PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a conductive high polymer film having an intended thickness and excellent in flatness and conductivity. SOLUTION: As the conductive high polymer material, one or both of polyaniline having a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 or more and 10,000 or less and a derivative are used and dissolved in a mixed solvent to obtain a solution for forming a thin film. The mixed solvent includes a first aprotic polarity solvent and a second solvent does not include a hydroxyl group and includes a boiling point of 50°C or above and less than 120°C, which is lower than that of the first solvent. The mixed ratio by weight of the first and the second solvent ranges from 1:3 to 10:1. The thin film obtained by drying the solution, for instance, is employed for a hole-injection layer of an organic EL element. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
