PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controller for injection machine heating cylinder, for updating control parameters during operation. SOLUTION: The temperature controller for injection machine heating cylinder is provided with: an adjustment parameter outputting device (50) for outputting one adjustment parameterδwhich can be adjusted by an operator; a pole assignment method control parameter calculator (31) for calculating a PID parameter by using a pole assignment method based on a transfer function parameter and the adjustment parameterδ; a PID controller (32) which calculates a heater operation amount u(t) based on a target temperature r(t), a cylinder temperature y(t) and the PID parameter and drives a heater (H); and a control performance evaluator (80) which automatically adjusts the adjusting parameterδbased on an evaluation result of control performance. By adjusting only one adjusting parameterδ, the control parameters can be updated without re-estimating the transfer function parameter of the injection machine heating cylinder.
