PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the properties of a valve device without replacing the valve device itself in the valve device in which the opening rate of a port is altered by enabling a spool to move through a sleeve having a port in a longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: There is provided a distance adjusting means 5 capable of adjusting the distance from a regulation member 4a for regulating the opening rate of the port of the spool 4 to a reference position 4c, as the control reference of a position control means.
