<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine receiver having a condom-shaped urine receiver body whose distal end is flexible without hindering discharge of urine within the urine receiver body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The urine receiver 1 includes: the condom-shaped urine receiver body 5 whose root side is attached to the penis; a first fixture 10 to fix the urine receiver body 5 not to be loosened from the penis; and a silicone rubber tube 15 connected to the distal end of the urine receiver body 5. A plurality of incisions in the axial direction are made in the connection side end (the root side) of the tube 15 itself connected with the urine receiver body 5 in such a way as to expand like octopus legs. The octopus-leg part 15a is located within the distal end of the urine receiver body 5 to function as an inner surface close adhesion preventive member to prevent close adhesion of the inner surface in the distal end of the urine receiver body 5.
