A base station apparatus for transmitting multicast data and/or broadcast data to the user apparatuses includes: a feedback information determination unit configured to obtain the number of notifications of the feedback information, and to determine whether to perform adaptive modulation and coding based on the number of notifications; and a MCS control unit configured to change a combination of a modulation scheme and a channel coding scheme which are applied to multicast data and/or broadcast data according to a determination result of the feedback information determination unit.
