The arrangement has a housing (10), a primary shaft (12) and a secondary shaft (14) that is movably arranged opposite to the primary shaft. A displacement drive couples the shafts together. A conveyor device conveys lubricating oil from an oil sump (16) provided below the displacement drive into an output-area provided above the displacement drive. The drive has a coupling element i.e. intermediate gear wheel (37'), in which a support cavity (20) is formed for receiving oil during operation of arrangement. The support cavity has an oil supply opening (22) and an oil discharge opening (23).
