<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently increase and uniformize concentration of dissolved oxygen, and to reduce a running cost. <P>SOLUTION: The microbubble generator 10 is provided with a filtering device 12 having an inlet part 12a into which a fluid in a water tank 11 flows, a filter 16 filtering the fluid, and an outlet part 12b from which the filtered liquid flows out; a microbubble generating devices 15 having an inflow port 32 into which the liquid flows, a gas sucking port 49a into which the gas flows, and a discharge port 33 feeding the bubbles and fluid; a pump 13 having an inflow part 13a taking in the fluid in the water tank 11 and an outflow part 13b connected to the inflow part 12a, and sending the fluid in the water tank 11 to the filtering device 12; and a connection pipe 14 having an inflow side pipe 24 connected to the outlet part 12b of the filtering device 12, and a plurality of outflow side pipes 25 which are branched from the inflow side pipe 24 and extend in different directions respectively and to the outflow parts of which the inflow ports 32 of the microbubble generating devices 15 are connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
