<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell module that maintains a high generation power even if water comes into the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the solar cell module 10 includes: the step A of removing part of a photoelectric conversion layer 13 by irradiating a groove 30 with a laser beam; the step B of laminating a transparent conductive film 14a on the photoelectric conversion layer 13; the step C of removing the transparent conductive film 14a by irradiating the groove 30 with the laser beam; the step D of laminating a metal film 14b on the transparent conductive film 14a; and the step E of removing part of the metal film 14b by irradiating the groove 30 with the laser beam. The step C makes the transparent conductive film 14a come into contact with a first electrode 12 in the groove 30 while covering the sidewall of the photoelectric conversion layer 13, and the step E makes the metal film 14b come into contact with the first electrode 12 in the groove 30 while covering the sidewall of the transparent conductive film 14a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
