<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance monitoring system and a performance monitoring method by which a response time in each server or an internal network on a processing path is comprehended in a real time about a specific access. <P>SOLUTION: This performance monitoring system includes a server system 100 and a performance monitoring server 200 for providing a service by a plurality of servers, and each server includes a means for applying request ID to access; a means for succeeding the request ID between the servers; and a means for outputting individual log 121 including the request ID and the time when the processing starts and ends, and the performance monitoring server 200 includes: a collection log 210 for collecting the individual logs 121; and a log tabulation part 220 for specifying the log from the collection log 210 in association based on the request ID, and for calculating a response time in each server, a network between the respective servers and the overall processing path based on the information of the start time and the information of the end time of processing in each server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
