PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration determination device of a vehicle-mounted battery advantageous for improving determination accuracy of a deterioration degree of a vehicle-mounted battery. SOLUTION: An internal resistance value detection means 30 detects a direct-current internal resistance value Rin of a vehicle-mounted battery 12 when an engine starts. A deterioration determination means 24 outputs a deterioration determination signal S1 indicating that the vehicle-mounted battery 12 is deteriorated when the direct-current internal resistance value Rin detected by the internal resistance value detection means 30 exceeds a deterioration determination threshold R0. A threshold correction means 26 corrects an initial value of the deterioration determination threshold R0 according to a use-start-time internal resistance value Rin0, when the direct-current internal resistance value Rin detected by the internal resistance value detection means 30 is defined as the use-start-time internal resistance value Rin0, when the vehicle-mounted battery 12 is first used.
