PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a bad contact by moving an output terminal pin in the axial direction while rotating it smoothly. SOLUTION: In a charging cradle, output terminal pins 3 to be brought into contact with connection terminals 32 of mobile equipment 30 are connected to a terminal holder 4 so that they can make a reciprocating motion and are pressed against the connection terminals 32 by elastic materials 5. Each of the output terminal pins 3 is such that a metal plate 6 to be brought into contact with the connection terminal 32 is embedded in a cylindrical plastic cover 7, with a contact portion 6A projected from the top of the plastic cover 7. The terminal holder 4 includes connection guide portions 14 for moving the plastic cover 7 in the axial direction, and a guide pin 8 is provided in one of opposing portions between the connection guide portion 14 and the plastic cover 7 and a rotation guide 13 for guiding the guide pin 8 is provided in the other opposing portion. In the charging cradle, the output terminal pins 3 are pushed in by the connection terminals 32 of the mobile equipment 30 mounted in a mounting portion 2, and the guide pins 8 are moved along the rotation guides 13 to roll the contact portions 6A of the metal plates 6 to bring them into contact with the connection terminals 32 of the mobile equipment 30.
