PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically provide products having cool feeling without applying bulk processing or silver plating. SOLUTION: Sheath-core conjugate fibers includes the core containing 3 wt.% or more titanium oxide having an average particle diameter of 0.8-1.8 μm, and includes the sheath containing substantially no titanium oxide having an average particle diameter of 0.8 μm or more. Preferably, the sheath contains 0.5-10 wt.% titanium oxide of having an average particle diameter of 0.4 μm, and the connection ratio of the core to the sheath is preferably 5:1 to 2:3 in the fiber cross section.
