<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a sense of incongruity or friction when worn by suppressing wrinkles generated in a flap part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a sanitary napkin 1 in which an absorber 4 is mediated between a liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 and a liquid-impermeable reverse surface sheet 2 and the flap part F where there is no absorber 4 around is formed, the outer shape of the flap part F at least on the front side part and the rear side part of the sanitary napkin 1 is a waveform line 10 including a combination of projecting curves 11, 13, in which the direction of a tangent line to the outer line of the flap part F is continuously changed, and a recessed curve 12. On the front side part and the rear side part, the shape of the absorber 4 is partitioned by linear inclined lines 4a, 4a having gradually narrowing widths on both sides and an arc-shaped line 4b combining these inclined lines 4a, 4a at a central part, and the waveform line 10 is formed along these inclined lines 4a, 4a and the arc-shaped line 4b.
