<p>Automatically foaming and after several hours of processing time automatically hardening inorganic mineral foam, is claimed, where aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution is added to a viscous and pulpy matrix of a magnesium oxide-containing binders and concentrated magnesium chloride, the impurities contained in the matrix are spontaneously decomposed to water and oxygen propellant under the influence of catalyst during the mixing process, and the matrix is inflated to a pourable or pumpable mineral foam. Automatically foaming and after several hours of processing time automatically hardening inorganic mineral foam for construction, installation and insulation purposes, is claimed, where aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution is added to a viscous and pulpy matrix of a magnesium oxide-containing binders and concentrated magnesium chloride, the impurities contained in the matrix are spontaneously decomposed to water and oxygen propellant under the influence of catalyst during the mixing process, and the matrix is inflated to a pourable or pumpable mineral foam, which is processed after insertion into cavities or molds within a several hours of processing time and then automatically hardens at normal temperature and atmospheric pressure to a solid porous body.</p> |
