The cutter has upper and lower flexible plates (10, 12) including cutting edges (11, 13) that are formed on front ends of the plates. The edges are connected with each other at rear ends of the plates by welds. A support axle (14) runs by front end areas of the plates. A press plate (15) is coupled with the axle at a front end of the press plate. The flexible plates are reduced with respect to thickness and exhibits width according to bent sections. The rear ends are integrated with each other over a bent part. The flexible plates and the press plate have different forms of cross-sections.
