FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to rolled metal production in hot rolling mills. In order to increase efficiency of hot rolling mill by modernisation of technological process of transportation and stacking onto cooler, rolled metal supply from transport roller bed to feeding roller bed is carried out in series of several rolls with overall length of not more than length of cooler, at the same time after supply of each roll to feeding roller bed they are rocked till the following roll is supplied, and transportation of rolls along feeding roller bed is carried out in process of supply from transport roller bed to feeding roller bed of each subsequent roll, after supply of the last roll of series to feeding roller bed, all rolls are stopped and simultaneously delivered by loading device to cooler. To realise the method, device comprises sections of transport and feed roller beds, loading device, system of device control arranged with the possibility to create means of roll rocking in sections of feeding roller bed, equipped with means of monitoring over movement of rolls on transport and feeding roller beds, at the same time sections of feeding roller beds are used both for functions of transportation or rocking of rolls. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of hot rolling mill. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
