<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a recording medium and to stabilize a micro-hologram formed in the recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: A conjugated hologram disk 11 is abutted on one face side of a master hologram disk 5 through a quarter wavelength plate 9 and a first functional membrane 10. A first functional membrane 10 is configured to reflect a circular polarized light beam which circles in one direction and transmits a circular polarized light beam which circles in the other direction. A first parallel light of a first linear polarized light beam which oscillates in a first direction is made incident from the other face side of the master hologram disk 5 toward the conjugated hologram disk 11. A second parallel light 13 of the circular polarized light beam which circles in one direction reflected by the first functional membrane 10, is made incident from the side opposite to the master hologram disk 5 of the conjugated hologram disk 11 toward the conjugated hologram disk 11, and a light intensity of the second parallel light 13 is made smaller than the first parallel light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
