PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor at low cost for preventing unauthorized behavior acts, including unauthorized accesses to a computer, or the like. SOLUTION: The processor includes an information holding means for memory authentication on a processor side which is integrally formed with a calculation means, and holds information for authenticating a first memory and that for authenticating a second memory; a memory authentication means for authenticating the first memory, by comparing the information for authenticating the first memory acquired from the first memory with the information for authenticating the first memory which is held by the information holding means for memory authentication on the processor side, and further authenticating the second memory, by comparing the information for authenticating the second memory acquired from the second memory and the information for authenticating the second memory which is held by the information holding means for memory authentication on the processor side; and an access control means for controlling accesses to the first memory and second memory, on the basis of authentication results by the memory authentication means.
