METHOD OF FORECASTING SKIN INFLAMMATION AND APPLICATION OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forecasting a skin inflammation by using a factor relating to a constituting component of a corneocyte to prevent an inflammatory reaction. SOLUTION: The skin inflammation is forecast by a result of an analysis of an expression of a gene that codes a protein of SPR (small proline rich protein) of the skin to be inspected. Since a change of a structure of the skin can be forecast before an occurrence of the inflammation, it is possible to deal with the change at an initial stage of the inflammation and to advantageously accelerate the recovery without a pharmaceutical. In a preferable embodiment the use of the corneocyte as a sample makes the method minimally invasive and facilitates the execution of the method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
