PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar photovoltaic power generator and a solar photovoltaic power generation system, suppressing fluctuation of system voltage due to fluctuation of solar radiation quantity while suppressing cost. SOLUTION: The solar photovoltaic power generator has a solar battery, and a power converter receiving output of the solar battery. The power converter controls output power of the solar battery to follow a target value based on a minimum value in at least one predetermined period, of a value of instantaneous maximum output power of a target value-setting solar battery different from the solar battery.
