SOLUTION: This liquid suction band 10 is a retractable hollow tube obtained by making an elastic/resilient retractable member such as rubber, a coil spring, or a stretchable fabric into a tubular form, and attaching a nonwoven fabric made of lipophilic and hydrophobic fibers having an average fiber diameter of not more than 10 μm and including a very fine fibrous layer having a unit weight of not more than 300 g/m2on the inside of the tube.
