<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a focusing board for observing a finder image with continuous blur and a bright field of view, and an imaging device having the focusing board. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this focusing board, at least one surface shape of light incoming/outgoing surfaces is a shape where a plurality of unit sections formed of a curved surface are arranged two-dimensionally. Vertexes of the curved surfaces of the plurality of unit sections are disposed at regular intervals. The curved surface of each unit section has a shape rotation-unsymmetrical with a reference axis when the reference axis is assumed to be the perpendicular from the vertex of the curved surface to a predetermined plane, and the azimuthal angle of the curved surface of each unit section is defined by uniform probability distribution.
