<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically get the dirt out of a touch panel without disturbing a touching operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cleaner 250 automatically moves up and down along rails 212 after an occupant gets off a vehicle, and a roll part 254 of the cleaner 250 wipes away the dirt on a surface 154 A of the touch panel 154. Therefore, visibility degradation of a touch panel type liquid crystal monitor 150 due to the dirt can be prevented or suppressed. Because the dirt on the surface 154 A of the touch panel 154 is automatically cleaned after the occupant gets off the vehicle, the cleaning operation does not disturb the operation on the touch panel 154.
