<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror capable of absorbing vibrations effectively. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mirror 300 is equipped with a mirror body 210, a housing 220 to support the body, and a stay 230 to support the housing 220, the housing 220 being supported with possibility of position adjustment with respect to the stay 230, and is arranged so that the direction of the mirror body 220 can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the housing 220, wherein the housing 220 is furnished with a vibration absorbing unit 100 fitted with three sets of dynamic vibration reducers each having a mass and a spring, characterized by that the vibration absorbing unit 100 is configured with its position adjustable relative to the housing 220 and that the three sets of the dynamic vibration reducers have different mass vibrating directions.
