<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter suitable for counter measures against common- and normal-mode noise between drivers and receivers of mobile phones, and to provide an electronic device with the noise filter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An LC filter LC1 includes a coil L1. An LC filter LC2 includes a coil L2.
