<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component package of a surface mounting type which is a small type and has a low height. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A package body 1 includes: a planar insulating substrate 11; an external electrode 18 formed on a bottom of the insulating substrate 11; and through-holes 15a, 15b filled with conductors 16a, 16b at positions corresponding to a supporting unit of a piezoelectric vibrator when the piezoelectric vibrator is mounted on the insulating substrate 11.
