摘要 The present invention relates to a cold and hot water supply system employing district heating heat or central heating heat. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cold and hot water supply system for supplying cold water and hot water to a living space such as an apartment, studio apartment, hotel or residential property having either a district heating equipment or central heating equipment. The present invention comprises: a mixed-water supply control zone (20) for supplying mixed water, which is connected to a main cold water supply pipe (12) which supplies cold water from a hot/cold water supply site (10) and which is provided with a cold water supply gauge (12a), a main hot water supply pipe (13) which supplies hot water and which is provided with a hot water supply gauge (13a), and a main hot water discharge pipe (14) which is provided with a control valve (14b), a pressure switch (14c) and a time switch (14d), and which has a plurality of thermo valves (25) connected to the main cold water supply pipe (12) and to the main hot water supply pipe (13); a conventional integrated cold/hot water mixer tap (faucet) (32, 33) which is connected to a mixed-water pipe (24) for conveying mixed water through the plurality of thermo valves (25) provided in the mixed-water supply control zone (20) to a shared bathroom control zone (30) and a private bathroom control zone (40), and a water circulation pipe (26) for circulating the mixed water. After temperatures are set on temperature adjusting switches (37), which are provided in the shared bathroom control zone (30) and the private bathroom control zone (40) and which set the desired discharge temperature of the mixed water, if an adjustment lever (35) of the integrated cold/hot water mixer tap (32, 33) is opened, the pressure switch (14c) senses a fluid flow in the main hot water discharge pipe (14), the time switch (14d) operates, the control valve (14b) opens, and the water circulation occurs and at the same time, mixed water at the desired temperature is discharged from a water-discharge port (34) of the integrated cold/hot water mixer tap (32, 33). If the adjustment lever (35) of the integrated cold/hot water mixer tap (32, 33) is closed, the pressure switch (14c) senses that there is no fluid flow in the main hot water discharge pipe (14), the time switch (14d) stops working, the control valve (14b) closes, and the water circulation stops. Accordigly, the present invention prevent waste of energy and water resources due to the repeated cycle of recovering the mixed water, at a temperature which has been lowered through the thermo valves (25), through the hot water discharge gauge (14a) of the main hot water discharge pipe (14), onto the cold/hot water supply site (10) constituting a hot-water heat exchanger of a district heating euquipment or central heating equipment, and reheating the recovered mixed water. As immediately usable mixed water at a set temperature is discharged through the water discharge port (34) of the conventional integrated cold/hot water mixer tap (32, 33) connected to the mixed-water pipe (24) for conveying mixed water to the shared bathroom control zone (30) and the private bathroom control zone (40), the present invention can reduce the waste of water which occurs in the prior art in which the adjustment lever (35) of the integrated cold/hot water mixer tap (32, 33) is operated up and down and left and right, thereby removing the cold water staying in the piping, in order to allow hot water to be discharged at the desired temperature. The present invention also prevents the user from being scalded when hot water at a high temperature supplied from the hot-water supply pipe (13) is directly discharged from the water discharge port (34) due to inexpert operation of the adjustment lever (35). Further, by using the respective gauges (12a, 13a, 14a) connected to a digital or analogue meter-reading instruction unit (15), the present invention can convert the amounts of cold water and hot water coming in and going out through the cold-water main supply pipe which supplies cold water, the main hot-water supply pipe (13) which supplies hot water and the main hot-water discharge pipe (14) which discharges hot water, and can thus accurately estimate the amount of cold and hot water actually used.
