<p>A cable bolt comprising a tension member having a first end and a second end. A rotatable collar is positioned on the tension member and is rotatable relative to the tension member. An elongate sheath, having a first end and a second end, is disposed over at least a portion of the tension member and secured to the rotatable collar. A method of securing an anchor in a structure is also disclosed.</p>
