The device (20) has a frame (22) supporting a volume regulator (21) and manufactured in injection molding process. Electrical lines (24) are integrated in the frame as a molded interconnect device or a metal part. A circuit carrier (23) supports the frame, where electrical lines of the frame are conductively and directly connected with electrical contacts of the circuit carrier by conductive adhesive. A connection piece is fastened to the circuit carrier. Electrical components (28) are mounted on the circuit carrier. An independent claim is also included for a hearing aid comprising a microphone.
