The vehicle has a wind repulsing device (18) provided at a wind protection disk (6) and comprising a spoiler (19). The spoiler is pivoted between a pivoted locking position and a swivel out wind repulsing position around a pivoting axis, which runs transverse to a vehicle longitudinal direction. The spoiler is equipped with a shield, which locks an air gap provided in the swivel out wind repulsing position between the spoiler and an upper windscreen panel (5). The shield is formed from a flexible, airtight material. The panel is designed as a hollow profile (10).
