The device (1) has a mounting plate (3) provided with a retainer (4) e.g. inlet plane hole, for a lock holder (5), where the holder comprises opening area (6), end area (7) and an elastically designed lock entry lip (8). The lock entry lip laterally limits the retainer, and exhibits a contact surface (9) for guidance of the lock holder. The contact surface points toward the retainer, where the contact surface of the lock entry lip exhibits non-metallic surface in a section (15), and is partially formed of metal strips (14) in another section (16). A groove (12) is provided in the lip. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle.
