<p>In a semiconductor device equipped with transistor pairs, imbalance of characteristics between paired transistors is limited while limiting an increase in the circuit area. Transistors (1a, 1b) have regions (A1a, A1b) with the same active region pattern, and transistors (2a, 2b) have regions (A2a, A2b) with the same active region pattern. The active regions (13a, 13b) of the transistors (2a, 2b) are longer than the active regions (11a, 11b) of the transistors (1a, 1b) in the channel length direction, and the regions (A2a, A2b) are shorter than the regions (A1a, A1b) in the channel length direction.</p> |
