PURPOSE: A method for reordering a plurality of layers with different modulation indexes in a multi transceiving antenna system, a signal detecting method and a receiving device thereof are provided to accurately determined reliability of layers even though layers modulated by different modulation values are received. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of receiving antennas receives receiving signals. A channel estimation and layer arrangement unit(210) performs channel estimation, channel weight application and layer re-alignment. A candidate group setup unit(220) decides transmission symbol candidate vector groups. A final signal selector(230) selects a symbol vector with the least ML metric value as a final signal.
