PURPOSE: A control method of a grain-cleaning means is provided to prevent waste of water, to enhance cleaning effect, and to quickly and uniformly mix grains and cleaning water. CONSTITUTION: A control method of grain-cleaning means comprises: a measuring stage; a putting stage; and a heating stage. In the measuring stage, grain corresponding to a cooking quantity is measured by a measuring device(20) which comprises a moist blocking valve(22), a conveyer belt, and a motor and transfers from a grain container(10) to a grain cleaning means(40). The moist blocking valve is installed between the grain container and a grain cleaning mean and opens/closes a connecting space. The grain cleaning means comprises a wing shaft which rotates a wing for mixing grains. In the putting stage, water corresponding to the cooking quantity is provided with the grains to a cooking member(50).
