PURPOSE: An oil dispersion type make-up cosmetic composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure high cover ability and stability with high moisturization. CONSTITUTION: An oil dispersion type make-up cosmetic composition contains 0.01-15.0 weight% of organic tackifier, 1.0-30.0 weight% of oil, and 5.0-60.0 weight% of solid phase dispersion pigment. The organic tackifier is dextrin palmitate. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of adding oil phase ingredient to oil and uniformly mixing at room temperature; a step of heating the organic tackifier in oil and adding to organic ingredient mixture; and a step of uniformly stirring. The oil which is able to disperse organic tackifier is triglyceride hydrocarbon, or ester oil. The composition further contains 1.0-7.0 weight% of UV protector.
