PURPOSE: An interactive question and answer system for an electronic document and a method thereof are provided to display some parts of an electronic document that a questioner selects on a mobile communication terminal of an answerer, thereby providing a smooth conversation question and answer service. CONSTITUTION: An intrinsic code setup unit(220) matches answerers who can additionally explain with each interactive intrinsic code. An intrinsic code DB(210) registers an answerer information list matched in each interactive intrinsic code. If a question request for a selected phrase is transmitted from a questioner terminal, a call connection controller(230) selects a mobile communication terminal of an answerer with high priority.
