PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor system suitable for a catalytic vapor-phase oxidation reaction. SOLUTION: The reactor system is provided with: a reactor which is divided by isolation plates to form a plurality of chambers therein; a housing means for housing a heating medium withdrawn from each chamber; a heating means for heating the heating medium withdrawn from the housing means; and a supplying means for supplying the heating medium heated by the heating means to at least one chamber. The housing means is one tank in which at least a part of the heating medium in each chamber can be housed and the volume of which is made smaller than the amount of the heating medium to be circulated in each chamber.
