<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically clarify a destination of an ordered product, when a consumable supply and service parts of equipment connected to a network are ordered in a large-scale facility. <P>SOLUTION: When a part of a printer 11 is ordered, a log information collecting server 21 regularly creates a usage log of the printer 11 per client based on a job MIB of the printer 11. A network equipment information management server 23 specifies a main client, based on the usage log and figures out an arrangement (location/department) of the main client, based on the client information in the client information management server 25 and informs an order management server 27 about the arrangement information.
