<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module making a welding point stable with a simple structure, connection strength improved and restraining variations, and a welding method of the module as well as an electronic device equipped with the module. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The module includes a wiring substrate, a metal pattern formed on the wiring substrate and a metal lead. The metal lead has a plurality of protrusion parts each of which is provided from a voltage impression point with voltage impressed in an equal interval with each other.
