<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a precise airstream field database with a small amount of computational load. <P>SOLUTION: A computing part 101 of long-term wide-area airstream field data obtains airstream field data per hour in one year by RAMS or the like by using meteorological data of global meteorological reanalysis data G as an inflow boundary condition of a computational region. An atmosphere stability and calculation addition part 102 obtains and adds stability of representative airstream field data of each airstream field data. A classification part by wind direction and atmosphere stability 103 classifies each of airstream field data for each case having a different combination of wind direction and atmosphere stability. A creation part 104 of an airstream field database by wind direction and by atmosphere stability creates an airstream field database by selecting representative airstream field data for each case and associating each case having different combination of wind direction and atmosphere stability with the representative airstream field data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
