<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal apparatus in which the control of data transmission by a communication terminal apparatus on the transmitting side can be promptly performed, and a communication method and a communication control program for the communication terminal apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal 3B computes a correlation coefficient between a jitter measured at a terminal 3A and a jitter measured at the terminal 3B at the same time (S21). In the case that the absolute value of the correlation coefficient is equal to or larger than a specified threshold (S22:YES), there is a correlation between measured data of the jitter at the terminal 3A and measured data of the jitter at the terminal 3B. Accordingly, congestion occurs at the same time in an uplink direction and a downlink direction in a network. Accordingly, on the basis of the QoS information of the terminal 3B, the session control portion of the terminal 3B performs one of encoding speed conversion in the same codec, transmission packet length conversion, packet transmission interval conversion, packet transmission priority conversion, and type conversion from a first codec to a second codec (S23) to achieve efficient communication correspondingly to the congestion in the network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
