<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide utilization of tranexamic acid which can maintain an effect of hormone drugs by increasing an action of the hormone drugs, having a problem of an adverse reaction, of a hormone drug in a cream, a steroid for enhancing a muscle of a body builder, etc., even if an amount of combination of hormone drugs is reduced, and can be also applied as a drug for improving difficulty in walking of elderly people, etc. by enhancing their muscle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tranexamic acid is added to the cream, etc. in a cosmetic to prevent and improve slackening. The tranexamic acid is also used together with the steroid to enhance the muscle.
