PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Coriolis flow sensor system applicable to a type having a very small diameter pipe (flow pipe). SOLUTION: The flow sensor system has: means of exciting a pipe 1; optical sensing means of determining the movement of at least one point of the pipe; a light source 3 projecting optical beam to a pipe wall, a layer formed on the pipe wall or an element installed on the pipe wall by the optical sensing means; and an optical sensor 4 having an optical sensing surface sensing the light after being reflected by the pipe wall, the layer formed on the pipe wall or the element installed on the pipe wall. Means of forming optical beam is disposed so that a converging angle of optical beam in the movement direction of the pipe relating to a Coriolis force is smaller than a converging angle of optical beam in the movement direction of the pipe relating to an exciting force.
