<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection material injection device capable of selectably surface-treating the aimed places of a surface of a material to be processed, and also to provide a surface-treating apparatus using the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A blast apparatus 1 includes: a projection material feeding device 10 for feeding a projection material 100; a compressed air feeding device 14 for generating compressed air and feeding it; and an injection gun 2 for mixing the projection material 100 and the compressed air and injecting it toward a workpiece 40. The projection material feeding device 10 and the injection gun 2 are connected with each other by projection material feeding piping 12. The projection material 100 is electrified through friction with the piping when passing through the projection material feeding piping 12 and then is fed to the injection gun 2. The injection gun 2 includes: an injection nozzle 20 for mixing the electrified projection material 100 fed from the projection material feeding piping 12 and the compressed air and injecting it; and a focus electrode 30 attached to the tip of the injection nozzle 20 and converging the flow of the projection material 100 injected from the injection nozzle 20.
