<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manipulative pressing instrument capable of reducing the fatigue load of an operating person caused by pressing a body region in the manipulative treatment and making the treatment more efficient. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The manipulative pressing instrument includes: a pair of rigid rod-shaped members 1 and 1'; a rigid connection member 2 for connecting one ends 1a and 1'a' of the respective rod-shaped members 1 and 1' so as to revolve the rod-shaped members 1 and 1' within the almost same plane; and the protruded members 3 and 3' provided at the mutually opposed midway positions of the respective rod-shaped members 1 and 1' so that both leading ends of the protruded members 3 and 3' are moved in a mutually approaching direction in the case that the rod-shaped members 1 and 1' are revolved in a closing direction.
