<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient rice cooker capable of improving the state of the rice when the rice is warmed by controlling the humidity within a pot during the heat retention, and capable of preventing inflow of the sticky juice into a steam circulating means. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rice cooker includes: the detachable pot 2; a body 1 having a bottomed cylindrical pot storage part 1a on the upper surface; a heating means 7 for heating the pot 2; a lid 15 for covering an opening of the pot 2; and the steam circulating means 50 for circulating steam within the pot 2.
