<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held agricultural implement excellent in user friendliness and an assistant tool for the hand-held agricultural implement. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This hand sickle 1 used for mowing etc. is equipped with: a handle body 20 for gripping; a blade part 10 extending in frontal direction by crossing approximately at right angle to the handle body 20 at the upper end part of the handle body 20; and the assistant tool 30 obtained by fitting a weight 32 as freely moving in front and rear on an axial rod 31 installed in the rear direction by approximately crossing at the right angle with the handle body 20 and having a first stopper 33 at its front end part and a second stopper 34 at its rear end part, at the upper end part of the handle body 20.
